I am an economist at Bates White. I obtained my PhD in Economics at Johns Hopkins University in June, 2024, under the supervision of Professor Robert Moffitt.
My main research field is structural labor economics. My doctoral dissertation studies how imperfect human capital transferability affects employers’ monopsony power.
I received my bachelor degree in Economics and a minor in Mathematics at Peking University in 2018, before starting graduate school at Hopkins.
